Dual Desires Hotel Takeover Event Giveaway Terms and Conditions
The recipient of the “Dual Desires Hotel Takeover Event Giveaway” door prize, referred to as the “Stay at Dual Desires Prize Package / Dual Desires Hotel Takeover Getaway,” must adhere to the following terms and conditions:
1. Prize Package Inclusions:
A. One (1) 2-night stay at the Dual Desires Hotel Takeover Event:
Room selection is subject to availability on selected weekends of the official Dual Desires Hotel Takeover Event.
B. One (1) couple’s event admission for Friday night at the Dual Desires Hotel Takeover Event.
C. One (1) couple’s event admission for Saturday night at the Dual Desires Hotel Takeover Event.
D. One (1) couple’s weekend membership or event pass (as required by Dual Desires event policy).
2. Eligibility:
The prize is non-transferable and must be claimed in person by the winner at the time of drawing.
Each ticket purchased equals one (1) entry into the prize drawing. Limit one (1) entry per guest.
Metamour Entertainment Crew Members, Family Members of Crew, and Event Sponsors are ineligible to receive the door prize.
3. Reservations & Blackout Dates:
Metamour Events is responsible for coordinating and reserving the 2-night stay at the Dual Desires Hotel Takeover Event in advance for the recipient, subject to availability.
4. Event Admissions:
The winner’s couple’s event admissions are valid for consecutive Friday and Saturday night events during the designated Dual Desires Hotel Takeover weekend.
The recipient must present valid identification upon event check-in.
5. Membership or Event Pass:
The required membership or event pass (if applicable) will be purchased in advance by Metamour Entertainment for the winner.
The recipient must comply with all Dual Desires event policies and regulations during their attendance.
If the membership or pass cannot be processed online, or if the winner already possesses a valid pass, the equivalent value will be provided on a prepaid Visa Debit Card.
6. Liability:
Metamour Entertainment, Dual Desires, and their affiliates are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the use of the prize package.
The winner is responsible for any incidental deposits or additional charges as per the Dual Desires Hotel Takeover Event policies.
7. Disputes:
In the event of a dispute, the winner releases Metamour Entertainment of any further liability pertaining to the Dual Desires Hotel Takeover Event Giveaway.
8. Modification:
Metamour Entertainment reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel the terms and conditions of the prize package at its discretion.
By claiming the Dual Desires Prize Package the recipient acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms outlined in this limited liability policy.
Metamour Entertainment is not responsible for any issues arising from the claiming or usage of the Dual Desires Prize Package.
